Two large insurance companies were merging and needed to quickly consolidate and streamline sales training for their combined sales forces. Each company had existing CBT courses that had been created by several different vendors over the past few years. Nearly all of the courses needed to be updated to include not only the new company name and identity, but also a lot of new content. In addition, the courses had to be compatible with an existing database that had been developed by a previous vendor for one of the firms. |

We updated the data in the old courses and also gave them a new, more contemporary look. Because they were completed on time and under budget, we have been asked to create several new courses and continue to update the courses as needed. |
