Creative Approaches’ CBT Project Estimator / e-Learning Project Estimator) grew out of a separate training company’s need for a list of questions to ask prospective clients of theirs who expressed interest in custom CBT development or custom e-Learning development. It has been downloaded by hundreds of individuals and organizations over the past few years. It has even been used as the basis for Requests for Quotations for custom CBT development or custom e-Learning development received by CAI in the past.

This questionnaire will help you clearly identify all of the variables and cost considerations for pursuing cost justification of a CBT/Multimedia/WBT/e-Learning project whether it be in-house or through an outside vendor.
